I’ve booked with other priceless car rentals locations so when the option came up on Priceline, I said OK I’ve done it before. But this location is a totally different experience I would not recommend.I’m originally from Florida and visit often. I know the ends and out and how car rentals work but when I got there, they try to force me to get the fastpass, which I told him I didn’t need and then when it came to insurance, they wanted me to buy there’s which I said No. that would’ve been an extra $200 on top of what I paid for already.Then they said it was a $2000 holding fee to use my own insurance. I already paid for my rental on Priceline so I did not want to go through the hassle, of trying to cancel and finding a new place cause I just wanted to go home. I totally should’ve done that.when I got the car, it was scratch and damage all over. I took my photos. They took their photos. After driving the car, I realize it made a strange noise, and service request message came on the screen. I barely drove the car because my family did not want anything to happen to me.I returned the car and made sure I talked to the person and they took the photos and said everything was OK. I didn’t want any after drop off issues of saying, I added damages to the.It’s been over 15 days and I have not received my deposit back of $2000. I just called the location and they said that it would be 15 to 20 days to get my money back. When I asked why is it not what the contract said of 7 to 15 days and then that’s when he tries to backtrack and says oh did you use a debit card or credit card? I said a credit card and then he’s like OK; Well you have to call back on Monday because our finance processing office is not open.That is very strange cause it should be an automatic return before the 15 days because that’s how a real business work.I will be calling back because $2000 is not what I’m giving away for free for anyone for such horrible service.I really wish I had looked at the reviews before I booked it but because of my past experience with other priceless locations, I thought this should be OK.

They told me I would have to show them that. I gave them my insurance card and they tried to tell me they needed to see that I had full rental insurance on my policy.Lucky I was able to pull up my coverage on my insurance app.After showing them that I had FULL RENTAL INSURANCE,They say they are placing a $500. Hold security on you credit card.That's was a lie!They charge my credit card for that also.Not a Hold !So you have a charge for the rental and a second charge on your credit card.We arrived at FLL airport and got on the bus to the car rental.After arriving at the car rental we had to wait for a van to pick us up .We arrived at the lot . It looked like a junk yard ( see picks ) .After getting the car we found damage to the car, we took pics and was told no issues they know about it .I took the car back to the airport to pick up my family, while on my way the car displays a message that the break system is at fault.I returned the car to them and they told me that's ok .I said I wanted a different car.After getting a new car we left .We returned are car after the rental time .I took pics of car and video of it as well .The attention said you are all good we will release your "hold".After over 2 weeks it was still on my credit card.I called "Priceless" to asked about my "hold" the girl on the line told me she could not help me because she doesn't have my credit card information.I asked how could you not have that you charged my cardShe told me to call this number (she gave it to me) .No one will answer it will send you a text asking for your credit card number ex date and sec number on the card.I told her I am not giving that info over a text . She told me that is the only way to get your hold back .I called my credit card and explained this to them , they told me NEVER GIVE THAT OUT!They looked into the charge I that is how I found out that it wasn't a hold for $500 it was a addition charge.This company is a SCAM!DO NOT RENT FROM THEM AND IF YOU DO DON'T TEXT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION..Just dispute it with your credit card.

It was top of the line for a Nissan Rogue.My 2 star rating is because the tire emergency signal came on EVERYDAY during our four day rental. The air pressure for this car is supposed to be at 35 and five minutes after pick up, as we were entering the highway, the warning signal came on showing it was at 19. We immediately called and was told to take the car to a gas station to be looked at. At that time of the night, being out of towners and not knowing the area it was a scary situation especially having children in the car and being on a highway. We exited, found a gas station, filled the tire with air and proceeded to our hotel. The next morning, the tire was deflated AGAIN. We called numerous times and they never answered. We filled the tire again and went on with our day. After leaving dinner we noticed that air once again had to be put into the tire. Again no answer at the car rental office. The phone just kept ringing. We were very frustrated with this tire situation, but the ultimate frustration was my son, who was the ring boy, for a 5pm wedding, was late because the “low tire pressure” came on again once we got into the car to go to the wedding. We once again had to stop to fill the tire with air, that was previously filled in the morning. This not only delayed the wedding ceremony but cause a lot of frustration for the bride and groom.In addition, we booked online for the car rental. I called the rental company for the pick up address. I was given the wrong address. After our Lyft dropped us off we were told we were at the wrong location. So we called again and was told another address. We called another Lyft and got to the correct location. However, the location is in a secluded dark area. It was not only uncomfortable for us but the Lyft driver stayed with us until we found the office. Now the quote we received online was not the final price once we got to the office. We were told that although we purchased collision, we had to purchase their insurance and liability in order to gain access to the car. Then we were offered toll cost of $15 per day.Also, the language barrier was extremely difficult. When I got in contact to inform the office about the low air pressure in the tire, the worker was telling me something however her accent was so rich that I couldn’t understand what she was saying except “gas station check”.We returned the car with the tire full of air and the gas tank full. The back seatbelts would not work. And we had kids in the back of the car. The speedometer was off so either something is broken or the wrong size tires were on the car. The car had multiple dents all over it. We were told we should should by the sun pass and that all tolls in florida were 25 dollars witch wasn't true. This was the first time I bought the insurance online and the rental company told us we had to buy their rental insurance as well or it was going to be void! We called priceless about our car twice and we didn't hear back from them once.

The front tire was completely bald, with almost no tread left. This is not just poor maintenance—it’s dangerous. I felt unsafe driving it and had to stop using the vehicle.When you rent a car, you expect it to be roadworthy and inspected for safety. This vehicle could have caused a serious accident. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of responsibility from this agency and would not recommend them to anyone. This is both tires. Not one.
