Not only was the charge higher than the stated amount, but no one mentioned this policy during the rental process or at the time of signing.If this kind of damage policy is important to them, it should be clearly communicated upfront, not buried on a sign you only see after it’s too late. Peter, the manager, is the best manager ever, he is sweet, professional and a true gentleman... he cares for the people and what they need... he help me in the worse moments of my life and make me feel like home... i got a Toyota Corolla 2020 with zero miles for my rental for 2 months and a half!! That was great!! Amazing service!! I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends n family here in Miami!!!

This second time when I'm returning the car , the representative showed me there was a little scratch almost unnoticeable, but he is going to talk to his manager and see if they are going to charge me something from my $200.00 deposit. I receive after that a call, stating they took the car to the body shop and the charge is $250.00 ! That is insane and abusive. I want the video took before I had the car, I want the receipt from the body shop and I want the pictures of this scratch. And never in my life again I go to this place to rent anything. I understand they might have charged something but 250.00 dollars over the already paid $556.00 for 9 days is too much! A scratch that anyone can give you on a parking lot. Be careful and take lots of pics? Because I received the video, and they passed super quickly for the part they said the scratch is now.
