We did get the car and most of the experience was OK, but they handled these 2 issues very poorly.1)The car was missing mobile charger and it was promised in listing at the time of reservation. Let host know immediately but received no comment, refund, apology. This is a big deal when renting EVs - I was planning to use the charger and even brought my own adapters. Host also refused to comp me about $30 for the 2 supercharger sessions where I could have used the mobile charger (felt reasonable especially with the additional bearing issue below)2)We were lucky enough to have a failing wheel bearing for our whole 9 day trip. I'm sure it was making some noise at pickup but wasn't immediately obvious on rough/loud freeway. I let the host know once my wife and I noticed it and was told it would be checked out once we returned the car. I was OK with that until a few days later when I noticed how terrible it sounded when cornering. We had a good 500mi of driving planned and I contacted the host again with my concerns and received little help. He was OK with us continuing to drive it, though, so we did and survived. Technically, I don't believe the host did anything wrong, but I do believe the issue could have been found before our rental. It just doesn't sit right that the host was OK with us continuing to drive the car like that... I still need to understand who would be legally/financially responsible for damages if the bearing had seized and we crashed or caused more mechanical damage to the car.

After booking the service and paying the total price and all fees listed, they emailed me with a follow up message saying there will be an additional fee I have to pay when I pick up the car.I asked where on the listing did it say there was another fee and the owner said it was in the description. When I called to talk to him directly he finally admitted it wasn't in the listing.He got offended that he got caught and ended the call. A minute later I get a message saying that my reservation has been cancelled.Businesses with shady business practices give honest business owners a bad name. I've rented plenty of cars in the past and never had a single issue.

Never heard of it before, but we needed a car right away, glad we gave it a shot, Barry responded right away and was really accommodating, got a car ready for us pretty quickly. It was super clean, low miles, and saved our vacation! Thanks Barry, glad to do business with you!

Received email the day of the trip to send drivers license and proof of insurance, upon logging in to do so, it stated trip was cancelled. No number to call. Texted the number which said trip was cancelled due to no payment. However, received confirmation email of reservation and an email the same day I was to pick up. No response from number upon pointing this out. Total scam
